Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rockwell Bot (“the Service”), operated by Rockwell-Bot. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
Rockwell Bot is a Discord bot providing shop, rewards, RCON, moderation, and cross-server account linking features for ARK: Survival Ascended communities, along with a web dashboard for administrators.

2. License
A Rockwell Pro license is valid for one Discord server (guild) at a time. It is non-transferable except through the account-migration process we may offer. You may not resell, sublicense, or share a license key with another server owner.

3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
— The RCON credentials and API tokens you provide to configure the bot on your own server
— Complying with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
— Complying with your ARK server host’s (e.g. Nitrado) terms of service
— How your server’s staff use the bot’s moderation and administrative features

4. Payments and subscription
Prices and available plans are shown at checkout. Your license is valid for the duration purchased (1/6/12 months) and does not renew automatically unless stated otherwise at checkout. See our Refund and Returns Policy for refund terms.

5. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by Discord, your ARK server host, or other third-party services the bot depends on.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of in-game items, currency, or data caused by bugs, downtime, or misconfiguration.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license if these Terms are violated, including abuse of the Service, fraudulent payment, or use that harms other users or the Service itself.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
