The questions we actually get.
Do I need the in-game mod?
No. Everything on Discord works without it — shop, RCON, moderation, logs, leaderboards. The mod adds in-game delivery through a radial menu, so players never have to alt-tab. Add it whenever you want.
Does it work with my host?
If your host exposes RCON, yes — that covers Nitrado, self-hosted machines and most others. Nitrado users get extra commands on top: restart, stop, logs, whitelist and bans through their API.
How many servers can I connect?
As many as your cluster has. Pricing is per cluster, so adding a map never costs more.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Commands stop, and your data is kept for 30 days. Renew inside that window and everything comes back as it was — shop, balances, player links, stats.
How do players get what they bought?
They link their ARK account once with /link gamertag, then buy on Discord. Online, delivery is immediate. Offline, it waits until they next log in and they collect it with /claim.

By Discord DM, automatically, as soon as the payment clears. You give us your Discord ID at checkout — that is the only detail we need.
