This Privacy Policy explains how Rockwell Bot (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Discord bot, dashboard, and website (rockwell-bot.com).

1. Who we are
Rockwell Bot is operated by Rockwell-Bot, France. For any privacy request, contact us at contact@rockwell-bot.com.

2. What we collect

Through Discord and the bot:
— Your Discord user ID and username
— Your linked ARK EOSID and in-game character name, if you link your account
— Your tribe name, retrieved from your ARK server via RCON
— Shop purchase history and reward records tied to your Discord ID

Through the dashboard:
— Your Discord account information, used only to verify you are an authorized administrator of a server (via Discord OAuth2)

Through the website and checkout (WooCommerce):
— Billing information (name, email, address) required to process your order
— Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your card details ourselves

Server configuration (provided by server administrators):
— RCON credentials and, where applicable, Nitrado API tokens, used only to operate the bot on your own server. This data is never shared or used for any other server.

3. Why we collect it
— To operate the bot’s features (shop, rewards, moderation, cross-server account linking)
— To process and deliver your purchase
— To provide customer support
— To detect and prevent abuse of the service

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share the minimum necessary data with:
— Discord (as the platform the bot runs on)
— Our payment processor (to process your order)
— Our hosting provider (to run the service)

5. How long we keep it
We keep account and purchase data for as long as your license is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6), except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. invoices).

6. Your rights
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@rockwell-bot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout to work (via WooCommerce). We do not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data.
