2. What we collect<\/p>\n
Through Discord and the bot:
\n\u2014 Your Discord user ID and username
\n\u2014 Your linked ARK EOSID and in-game character name, if you link your account
\n\u2014 Your tribe name, retrieved from your ARK server via RCON
\n\u2014 Shop purchase history and reward records tied to your Discord ID<\/p>\n
Through the dashboard:
\n\u2014 Your Discord account information, used only to verify you are an authorized administrator of a server (via Discord OAuth2)<\/p>\n
Through the website and checkout (WooCommerce):
\n\u2014 Billing information (name, email, address) required to process your order
\n\u2014 Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your card details ourselves<\/p>\n
Server configuration (provided by server administrators):
\n\u2014 RCON credentials and, where applicable, Nitrado API tokens, used only to operate the bot on your own server. This data is never shared or used for any other server.<\/p>\n
3. Why we collect it
\n\u2014 To operate the bot’s features (shop, rewards, moderation, cross-server account linking)
\n\u2014 To process and deliver your purchase
\n\u2014 To provide customer support
\n\u2014 To detect and prevent abuse of the service<\/p>\n
4. Who we share it with
\nWe do not sell or rent your data. We share the minimum necessary data with:
\n\u2014 Discord (as the platform the bot runs on)
\n\u2014 Our payment processor (to process your order)
\n\u2014 Our hosting provider (to run the service)<\/p>\n
5. How long we keep it
\nWe keep account and purchase data for as long as your license is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6), except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. invoices).<\/p>\n

\nIf you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
