Rockwell Pro is a digital subscription: you receive a license key by Discord DM immediately after payment, which you can activate right away with \/setup activate.<\/p>\n
1. Before activation
\nIf you have not yet activated your license key, contact us at contact@rockwell-bot.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.<\/p>\n
2. After activation
\nBecause the service is delivered and used immediately, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated on a server, except where required by law or in the case of a proven technical fault on our side that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n
3. Your EU right of withdrawal \u2014 important note for the site owner
\nUnder EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases, including digital services. For a digital service delivered immediately (like a license key), you can only remove this right if the customer explicitly agrees, before paying, to immediate access AND acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the service starts. This typically requires a checkbox at checkout that the customer must actively tick \u2014 it cannot be assumed or pre-checked.
