Rockwell Pro is a digital subscription: you receive a license key by Discord DM immediately after payment, which you can activate right away with \/setup activate.<\/p>\n
1. Before activation<\/p>\n
If you have not yet activated your license key, contact us at contact@rockwell-bot.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.<\/p>\n
2. After activation<\/p>\n
Because the service is delivered and used immediately, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated on a server, except where required by law or in the case of a proven technical fault on our side that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n
3. Your EU right of withdrawal<\/p>\n
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases, including digital services. Because Rockwell Pro is delivered and can be activated immediately, you are asked at checkout to explicitly confirm that you understand this and agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right once your license is activated. This confirmation is required before you can complete your purchase.<\/p>\n
4. Billing errors<\/p>\n
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), contact us at contact@rockwell-bot.com with your order number and we will investigate and correct it.<\/p>\n
